Gluten Free at the Lake

Besides having a wonderful array of restaurants to fulfill our every food craving whim, we are beyond lucky to have such an allergy-aware culinary community here at the lake. I have a gluten intolerance, and thought I'd share some of my favorite haunts in case you find yourself (or a guest) in need of g-free options in the area.

Mexican: my favorite is Los Amigos at Crazy Horse Marina*

Deli Sandwiches: SML Coffee House at the Bridge - impressive bagel and bread options

Wings: The Copper Kettle - try the dry rub!

Baked Goods: SML Coffee House at the Bridge - cookies, brownies, and their coffee cake is DELISH

Snacks/Wine Bar: Bottles and Bites* - a fav hangout with great snacking, hot, and cold plate offerings

Comfort Food: Pomme Frites from The Copper Kettle - parmesan and garlic for dayyyyys

Hamburgers: Drifter's* - love that they have gf buns and don't relegate you to a lettuce wrap

Pizza: Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro - housemade crust + fabulous topping combos that are to. die. for.
