It's the third Saturday morning of the month. The weather is beckoning you outdoors, and you've been wanting to catch up with your girlfriends now that you're all back at the lake for the season. You're in the mood to try out something different…something ripe with all the quintessential small-lake-town-feels that you love.
Enter: the brand-new Lakeside Local Market! Laurie Andrews, owner of LAT Wellness Studio, stumbled upon the idea whilst brainstorming ways to better welcome to the community into the Halesford Center strip that her business shares with several others. Those other businesses include JBohnBishop Mercantile and Hawaii Fluid Arts, the owners of which quickly jumped aboard to collaborate on what became this chic hybrid shopping-connective experience.

The participating vendors for 2025 have been carefully curated by the organizers and span a wide variety of artisan genres…from cookies to wooden art to goat's milk beauty products. You'll find these cottage industries (many, woman-owned) set up both indoors and out as the shopping center stanchions off a piece of their parking lot for pedestrian traffic. Fresh coffee will be flowing thanks to First Light Coffee Co., and Hado's Food Truck will be on site offering delicious Lebanese lunch fare. The hosts plan to set up a tableau of tables and chairs, perfect for lingering, so this can become your new regular hang every third Saturday throughout the summer months!
The first Market is THIS Saturday, April 19th from 10am-1pm.
Don't miss it!
