The Logger Cider Cocktail

2-3 small sprigs of rosemary

1 shot gin (my favorite is Bombay Sapphire)

1/2 t maple syrup

Dry Hard Cider (like Bold Rock IPA)

In a large rocks glass, muddle rosemary sprigs into the gin to release the oils. Stir in maple syrup until dissolved. Top with ice and cider. Gently stir to combine and serve!
